HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to online tracking.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR/SIZE OF WHAT I JUST ORDERED?

To get your order to you as fast as possible, once your order has been submitted, it is transmitted immediately to our warehouse. Unfortunately, no changes can be made to an order at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to assist you with a return after you receive your package.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

I FORGOT TO ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER; CAN I MAKE A CHANGE BEFORE IT SHIPS?

To get your order to you as fast as possible, once your order has been submitted, it is transmitted immediately to our warehouse.  Unfortunately, no additions can be made to an order at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. Remember, shipping is on us!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow 14 days to process your returned items after it has been received by the warehouse. We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding any shipping and return fees). Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Unfortunately, we do not offer electronic or physical gift cards, nor do we have the ability to give gift receipts. We are in the process of adding these options in the future.

HOW DO SHIPPING & RETURNS WORK?

US Ground shipping is free. Unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased at ingridandisabel.com may be easily returned through our portal. It must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Any item that is labeled as Final Sale is not eligible for a refund or exchange. Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest

How do I use Installments by Afterpay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Installments by Afterpay?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your item  by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay. If you believe there is fault or concern with your Afterpay purchase payment, please contact Afterpay customer support at info@afterpay.com Note this does not apply to final sale items
