Cool the gel pack in the freezer, place in your undies or over your C-section incision, wash and repeat. It’s the feel-good and safe design for maximum relief and minimum hassle. Our Cool Mom gel formula is non-toxic, biodegradable, and made without harmful ingredients like phthalates and BPAs - aka you can feel super good about putting it against your skin.

Silky-soft and surprisingly strong + flexible, medical-grade capsule. Proprietary gel inside is non-toxic, vegan, and biodegradable (BPA and phthalate-free). Store in freezer to maintain quality.

Wash before first use, then cool gel pack in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Pat to dry, then slide into sleeve. You may also apply directly to skin.
Place in underwear to soothe perineal area. For C-section care, place horizontally over incision.
Apply for 10-20 minutes, or as advised by a healthcare professional. Pro tip: Spritz witch hazel on top for additional relief.
For heavy bleeding, wear on top of pad or period underwear.

Care instructions: Hand wash gel pack in warm, soapy water as needed. Pat or air dry. Hand wash sleeves separately with cold water and mild soap. Lay flat or tumble dry low.
