Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are easy through our portal at ingridandisabel.com/returns. 

Ingrid & Isabel will happily accept returns of any unworn, unwashed and/or defective merchandise purchased at ingridandisabel.com if postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.  Items purchased through our wholesale partners or our sister brand Isabel Maternity at Target must be exchanged or returned to the place of purchase.

Items that are tagged as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

You have the option to receive a refund back to the original payment method, or by store credit via an electronic gift card. If you elect to receive your refund back to the original payment method, returns will have a $10 fee which will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping and restocking.  Return shipping is complimentary only if you are returning your item for store credit or exchanging your item for a different size or color. 

The return procedure for a gift is the same as noted above.

Approved exchanges and returns must be dropped off at a USPS or UPS location within 14 days of receiving your return label.

Things to keep in mind:

  1. We recommend that you make note of your return tracking number in the event you wish to monitor your return shipment. Ingrid & Isabel is not responsible for any lost returns.
  2. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
  3. Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

    Defective or Missing Orders

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete please contact us at customercare@ingridandisabel.com.

    Gift Returns

    You have the option to receive a refund by store credit via an electronic gift card. Return shipping is complimentary if you are returning your item for store credit or exchanging your item for a different size or color. Please select Returning or Exchanging a Gift and follow the cues as instructed.
