Shipping + Returns
All orders ship from our distribution center in Dallas, Texas. We currently offer three shipping methods below. All orders placed by 2 p.m. EST / 11 a.m. PST will be processed the same business day, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Shipping Costs (excluding AK, HI):
- Ground (5-10 business days): $10
- 2 Day (2 business days): $25
- Standard Overnight (1 business day): $35
Shipping Costs (AK, HI):
- Ground (2-4 weeks): $10
- 2 Day (2 business days): $25
- Standard Overnight (1 business day): $35
At this time we do not offer international shipping, shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or shipments to US Territories. We offer delivery to PO Boxes with regular ground shipping only.
TRACKING INFORMATION
For account holders, tracking is viewable in My Orders. If you prefer to check out as a guest, tracking information will be included in your shipping notification once your order leaves our distribution center.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure your package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help. If you selected package protection at checkout and have an issue with your order, reach out to SavedBy directly here. Please review their policies to ensure your package is covered. RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Returns are easy through our portal at ingridandisabel.com/returns. We will happily accept returns of any unworn, unwashed and/or defective merchandise purchased at ingridandisabel.com if postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Items purchased through our wholesale partners or our sister brand Isabel Maternity at Target must be exchanged or returned to the place of purchase. To return purchases placed on Madewell Marketplace, please contact us at customercare@ingridandisabel.com.
Sale items purchased with an additional discount code or percentage are considered Final Sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items that are tagged as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
You have the option to receive a refund back to the original payment method, or by store credit via an electronic gift card. If you elect to receive your refund back to the original payment method, returns will have a $10 fee which will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping and restocking. Return shipping is complimentary only if you are returning your item for store credit or exchanging your item for a different size or color.
The return procedure for a gift is the same as noted above.
Approved exchanges and returns must be dropped off at a USPS or UPS location within 14 days of receiving your return label.
Things to keep in mind:
- We recommend that you make note of your return tracking number in the event you wish to monitor your return shipment. Ingrid+Isabel is not responsible for any lost returns.
- Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
- Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
GIFT RETURNS/RECEIPTS
You have the option to receive a refund by store credit via an electronic gift card. Return shipping is complimentary if you are returning your item for store credit or exchanging your item for a different size or color. Please select Returning or Exchanging a Gift and follow the cues as instructed.
Regrettably, our system cannot generate a gift receipt at this time.
