Senior Marketing Manager
Ingrid & Isabel is looking for a high energy, results-driven marketing leader with proven experience in all areas of marketing to support Brand, Customer and Revenue goals. This position reports directly to the VP, Sales & Marketing. Strong candidates are those who are comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, are creative and resourceful, as well as have expert communication and collaboration skills to work across all levels of the organization.
This position will be charged with developing and executing marketing strategies to grow revenue across all brands (Isabel and Ingrid & Isabel) and channels (B2B and B2C). The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for brand development and management, content ideation and direction, and determining all traffic driving initiatives, including email, SEO, SEM, and social media (both paid and organic). Additionally, s/he will lead both PR and Influencer strategies as well as be actively involved in promotional product opportunities and event marketing.
-Leverage site content and an editorial calendar to create a cross-channel sales-driven marketing plan.
-Increase revenue to hit aggressive 5-year growth plan milestones.
-Manage and optimize brand exposure across online and off channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation.
-Develop and manage online and off marketing budget.
-Effectively direct and communicate content strategy to our media and creative agency for plan, execution, and delivering on goals.
-Partner with agency on analytics and reporting, adjusting strategy as appropriate and identifying opportunities for growth.
-Use financial reporting analysis tools (i.e. Google Analytics, AB Testing Tools, Heat Mapping, etc.) to develop strategies to increase conversion.
-Participate in selection of and then manage PR agency.
-Manage packaging for both Ingrid & Isabel as well as Isabel for Target.
-Develop Influencer strategy and manage interaction with support from Marketing Coordinator.
-Highly entrepreneurial, self-directed and resourceful with ability and independent nature to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
-Strong collaboration, communication, and written skills to effectively work with multiple stakeholders, cross functional partners, and senior level audiences
-Analytical mindset, quantitatively driven
-Ability to evaluate creative content
-Ability to wear many hats and prior experience in a small company a plus
-Enjoys balancing and working on both strategy and executional tactics
-Deadline-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task and deliver with accuracy, driving for execution to results
-Passion for building and solving problems, comfortable with ambiguity
-Ability to influence peer set where direct authority does not exist
-BA/BS degree required
-5-7 years marketing experience in a brand environment with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an ecommerce role
-Experience/Understanding of paid search, email campaigns, SEO, and website measurement with demonstrated experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting
-Experience collaborating and managing creative teams
-Solid understanding of marketing trends and industry best practices
-Familiarity with product packaging a plus
-Understanding of influencer management desired
-Experienced using tools/platforms like Google Analytics, Asana, and Google Tag Manager
-Success growing a business, backed by social/digital strategy and tactics
-Strong Excel and Power Point skills
