All of our orders ship via FedEx from our distribution center in Southern California. We currently offer four shipping methods below. All orders placed by 11am PST will ship the same business day, excluding national holidays.

At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery, international shipping or delivery to P.O. Boxes or Military Post Offices.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, if you have a U.S. shipping address you may place a manual order by emailing hello@ingridandisabel.com

Tracking
For account holders, tracking is viewable in ‘My Orders’. If you prefer to check out as a guest, tracking information will be included in your shipping notification once your order leaves our distribution center.


Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

Returns are easy and FREE. Unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased at IngridandIsabel.com may be returned free of charge if postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Please keep returned merchandise in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.

Here’s how it works:

Email returns@ingridandisabel.com with your:

  1. Order number, the merchandise you wish to return
  2. The reason for your return.

A FedEx return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Things to keep in mind:

1. We recommend that you make note of your FedEx return tracking number in the event you wish to monitor your return shipment. Ingrid & Isabel is not responsible for any lost returns.

2. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.

3. We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges), upon receiving the return. Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Defective or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete please contact us at returns@ingridandisabel.com.

Gift return

The return procedure for a gift is the same as a standard order. Please follow the procedures outlined in Returns.

Exchanges

At this time, Ingrid & Isabel does not offer any exchanges. We recommend following the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and then submit a new order.
