Shipping & Returns
All of our orders ship via FedEx from our distribution center in Southern California. We currently offer four shipping methods: FedEx Ground, FedEx 3 Day Select® Shipping, FedEx 2nd Day Air® and FedEx Next Day Air®. All orders placed by 11am PST will ship the same business day, excluding national holidays. FedEx Ground orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days following credit card authorization and verification.

Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery, international shipping or delivery to P.O. Boxes or Military Post Offices.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are easy and FREE. Unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased at IngridandIsabel.com may be returned free of charge, if it is postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. All tags must be attached.
- Please email email@example.com with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for your return. A FedEx return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. You may also contact customer service by phone at 1(800) 463-3339.
- Please keep returned merchandise in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
- We recommend that you make note of your FedEx return tracking number in the event you wish to monitor your return shipment. Ingrid & Isabel is not responsible for any lost returns.
- Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
- We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges), upon receiving the return. Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
At this time, Ingrid & Isabel does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and then submit a new order for your new items.
