Can I purchase or try on Ingrid & Isabel products in a store?

Ingrid & Isabel products are available in select authorized department stores, online retailers and specialty stores. For a list of U.S. store locations and authorized online retailers, visit our Store Locator. Ingrid & Isabel products are also available in select boutiques in Canada and Europe. To find an international store near you, please contact us at inquiries@ingridandisabel.com. Please note that we do not offer international shipping on online purchases at this time.

Can I find the same product assortment in stores as what you carry online at IngridandIsabel.com?

Each season, we feature our entire collection at IngridandIsabel.com. Our authorized retailers are free to carry part or all of our collection.

Are all Outlet sales final?

Yes.

How can I tell if an item I like is in stock in my size/color combination?

We offer real-time inventory on our website. If a size/color combination of a certain item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping bag.

Is there a difference between Ingrid & Isabel's Bellaband and the BeBand sold at Target stores?

Both the Bellaband and the BeBand are products by Ingrid & Isabel. The BeBand is made from a lighter weight knit, but both are designed to hold your pants up and provide coverage throughout your pregnancy.

I hear your products, especially the Bellaband, are very versatile. Can you explain the different ways to wear them?

The Bellaband and the panels on our pants and skirts can be worn folded over at the hips or waist, or pulled up around your belly depending on your personal comfort and desired level of support. Which size Bellaband should I choose?

We have designed the Bellaband with your changing body in mind. Our seamless knit will stretch to hug your belly throughout your pregnancy. Some women like to wear clothes that hug their body closely, while others prefer a less tight fit. If you fall between two sizes for the Bellaband, we suggest you keep in mind how you like your clothes to fit and choose the smaller or larger size accordingly. See Size Chart for more information.

Is the Bellaband the same as the support band my doctor recommended I wear to alleviate my back pain?

The Bellaband is a versatile maternity band designed to hold your pre-pregnancy and maternity pants up during pregnancy while offering coverage and a gentle bit of hug and support. It is not meant to be used as a support band.

Do I have to register for an account with you in order to make a purchase?

You are not required to register for an account. You may check out as a guest if you prefer. Registering for an account allows you to store your purchasing history and personal information, which will improve the checkout process during your next visit. I forgot my account password. How do I retrieve it?

Select "Register or Sign In" at the top of the site, enter the email address that is linked to your account with us, and select the "Email me a new one" link. You should receive a temporary password within minutes of your request. When you successfully log in to your account with the new password, you can update your password and add a password hint for future use.

Can I order by phone?

We do not accept orders over the phone at this time.

What are my shipping options?

We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping on orders with a merchandise total over $75 after discounts and before tax. For orders with a merchandise total under $75, we offer UPS Ground delivery for a flat fee of $5 as well as a range of expedited shipping options. For more info, see Shipping & Returns.

Do I have to enter a promotion code to receive free shipping?

No, you do not need to enter a promotion code to receive free shipping. Free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. Free shipping is valid for one shipping destination only.

Will I be charged sales tax for online purchases?

If your billing address is in California, you will be charged the CA sales tax.

When will I receive my order?

All of our orders ship via UPS from our distribution center in Southern California. We currently offer four shipping methods: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select® Shipping, UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air®. All orders placed by 11am PST will ship the same business day, excluding national holidays. UPS Ground orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days following credit card authorization and verification.

How can I track my order?

If you register an account with us, you can track your shipment in your order history. If you prefer to check out as a guest, you can use the tracking information provided to you in the shipping notification once your item leaves our distribution center.

What is your return policy?

Returns are easy and FREE. You can return any unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags still attached in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please visit Shipping & Returns for details and instructions.

Can I return my online purchase at one of your authorized retailers?

Our local retail stores are unable to accept returns of items purchased online at IngridandIsabel.com. To return your purchase made on our website, please see Shipping & Returns.

What if the shipment/product is damaged or something is missing?

If the shipment is damaged in transit, a product is defective or part of your order is missing, please contact Customer Service at returns@ingridandisabel.com immediately.

Can I make a gift purchase on your site?

You can place an order and have it shipped directly to your gift recipient. Your order will include a packing slip, which does not display prices or order totals. We do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages at this time.

How can I return a gift I received?

The return procedure for a gift is the same as a regular order. Please follow the procedures outlined in Shipping & Returns.

How do eGift Cards work?

eGift Cards are non-refundable, may be used for IngridandIsabel.com online purchases only and are not redeemable for cash.. If an eGift Card is misplaced, we would be happy to resend the unique activation code to the recipient upon request. We recommend that a note of this number is made upon receipt.

If I see Ingrid & Isabel products on an auction website, how do I know they are authentic?

Auction websites do not generally guarantee the authenticity of the products sold on their sites. For this reason, there may be counterfeit goods available through auction sites, despite language from the seller that the item is "genuine" or "authentic." While we regularly monitor auction sites to locate and take down infringing product listings, we cannot assure that any Ingrid & Isabel product listed on such sites is genuine. Our authorized retailers do not sell on auction sites or trade boards.

If I come across counterfeit product, how can I help?

To report counterfeit products or unauthorized retailers selling our products, send an email to inquiries@ingridandisabel.com. Please provide as much information as possible, such as: Location of the merchandise (i.e., retail, website, factory, etc.); Number of products offered; Type/style of products offered; Other brand name products that were present when you saw the listing.
